These rules apply on top of Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and on top of whatever rules your server’s staff set. Server admins can enforce these however fits their community; the bot itself blocks some of these outright (noted below).

Tickets

  • Don’t open multiple tickets for the same issue to get faster attention - a category’s open-ticket limit exists for a reason.
  • Don’t use ticket channels to harass staff or other members.
  • Don’t try to reopen a ticket you were removed from, or add yourself back to one, by asking another member to /add you without staff approval.
  • Don’t attempt to evade jail by opening tickets in categories linked to jail - the bot blocks this for everyone except staff using /jail or /escalate.

Applications

  • Answer questions honestly. Staff can deny (and blacklist, via role configuration) applicants who submit obviously false or spam answers.
  • Don’t submit repeated applications to get around a denial cooldown - the bot enforces this automatically per category.
  • Don’t put prompt-injection-style content, formatting exploits, or excessive template tags (like repeating {{qa}}) in free-text answers to try to break the review message. The bot guards against some of this, but doing it anyway is still a rule violation.

Staff

  • Don’t claim tickets or review applications you don’t intend to act on, blocking others from picking them up.
  • Don’t jail a member without a genuine reason - /jail requires one, and abusing it is a staff conduct issue for your server to handle.
  • Don’t use /bot (nickname/avatar/bio/banner) to impersonate another user, staff member, or the bot’s original identity in a misleading way.

General

  • Don’t attempt to exploit bugs in the bot to bypass premium tier limits, permission checks, or category restrictions. Report them to us in our support server instead.
  • Don’t use the bot’s transcript or verification tools to fabricate or misrepresent a conversation that didn’t happen.
Violating these rules can result in your server losing access to specific features, or the bot being removed from your server entirely, per the Terms of Service.
